BZARP (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered sales assistant that helps sellers on peer-to-peer marketplaces manage buyer inquiries via SMS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Account information: your email address and password when you sign up.
  • Profile information: your name, pickup address, general area, mobile number, availability, and timezone — provided by you during onboarding.
  • Listing data: item names, descriptions, prices, photos, and conditions you enter.
  • SMS conversation data: messages exchanged between your AI agent and buyers, including buyer phone numbers and names collected during deal finalisation.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps — collected automatically for service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and deliver the BZARP service on your behalf.
  • To allow the AI agent to negotiate, schedule pickups, and communicate with buyers via SMS.
  • To send you SMS notifications about confirmed deals and escalations.
  • To improve and debug the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Telnyx: our SMS provider, which routes messages between your agent and buyers.
  • Anthropic: whose Claude API powers the AI responses. Messages may be processed by their infrastructure.
  • Supabase: our database and authentication provider.
  • Law enforcement or regulators if required by applicable law.

Your exact pickup address is only shared with a buyer after a deal is fully confirmed (price + date + time agreed).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. Conversation logs may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for audit and compliance purposes.

6. Security

Your pickup address is stored encrypted. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
