Terms of Use — BZARP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BZARP (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What BZARP Does

BZARP is an AI-powered assistant that responds to buyer inquiries on your behalf via SMS, negotiates prices within limits you set, schedules pickups, and manages waitlists. The AI acts as your agent — you remain the seller and are responsible for all transactions.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use BZARP.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information you provide.
You must honour deals confirmed by your agent on your behalf.
You must not use BZARP to list illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
You must not attempt to circumvent, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.
You are responsible for any taxes or obligations arising from your sales.

4. AI-Generated Responses

BZARP uses a large language model (Claude by Anthropic) to generate responses on your behalf. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the agent behaves correctly, AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that:

The agent may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses.
You should review your agent settings and listings regularly.
BZARP is not liable for any loss resulting from an AI error.

5. SMS and Communications

By using BZARP, you authorise us to send and receive SMS messages on your behalf using a virtual phone number assigned to your account. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You must not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

6. Listing Distribution

To help sellers reach more buyers, BZARP may display your listing information (item name, description, price, photos, and general area) on our own marketplace or partner channels. This is done solely to increase exposure for your listings. We will never share your personal data — including your name, exact address, phone number, or email — with any third party or marketplace without your explicit consent. You may opt out of listing distribution at any time by contacting us at hello@bzarp.com.

7. Service Availability

We provide BZARP on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BZARP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, failed transactions, or disputes with buyers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
